Project Summary
Go Grow is a mobile application designed to empower parents of young children (ages 3–10) to cultivate healthy eating habits and encourage active lifestyles, aiming to prevent childhood obesity.
The app provides parents with a suite of resources, including nutritious meal recipes, activity trackers, and ideas for health-focused family activities. With daily progress reports, parents can monitor their child’s journey toward better health and stay actively engaged in fostering a positive lifestyle for their family.
